• Selected in rotation to ensure high-speed block production.

• Responsible for block packing and proposal under the X-BFT consensus.

Validators

• Validate and sign proposed blocks.

• Ensure block integrity and finalize blocks through collective signatures.

• Maintain network security and liveness.
